For flights to the US, Germany, China and Russian cities Norilsk and Dudinka, the airline companies must provide additional information about their passengers to the governments of the respective countries.

That is why we request the scans of the required documents from our users for the above-listed destinations.
Upon booking, our Customer Support Team will send you an email with the list of the data to be additionally entered in your booking.

How to enter visa and other data in the booking?

To enter visa data in the booking, go to "My Account"–"Flight Tickets"–"Booking #"–"Edit order"–"Add Visa Details." For more details, please follow this link.

For the flights to/from the US, please enter:

1. Entry visa information (visa number, city, issuing body, date of issuance, country for which the visa was issued).
2. Green Card information (if any).
3. Redress Traveller Number (if any).
4. Known Traveller Number (if any).
5. Passengers place of birth (city).
6. Your US residence address, temporary stay address, the address of your first overnight stay (street, apartment, city, state, ZIP code).

If you bought only a one-way ticket to the US, you must enter your Green Card information or the details of the return flight which you bought earlier; other US visa information; your US residence address.

If you plan to travel to China, please enter the visa information in the reservation. If you are traveling to Tibet, China, in addition to visa you will need an entry permit which must be arranged in advance at a PRC's embassy.

When you fly to.from Germany, please enter:

1. Visa information (visa number, city of issuance, date of issuance).
2. Passenger's place of birth.
3. Passenger's place of stay in the destination country (street, apartment, city, index).

For transit flights through some countries (the US, Canada, Australia, China, Norway, Germany, Italy, and other countries), the passenger must have a transit (or some other) visa of the country. For more information, please contact the consulates of the corresponding countries.

In order to enter Norilsk and Dudinka cities, Russia, non-Russian citizens must obtain a permit from the local authorities. To apply for it, please contact the Norilsk Administration's Department for Representative Authorities and the Media (26 Leninskiy Ave., Norilsk, 663300, Russia).


Please note!

• You must add the required data no later than 72 hours before departure. If you are booking a ticket less than 72 hours before departure, please provide your details to the Customer Support agent.
• If you do not know the required information before the flight, the check-in and passport control may be problematic or impossible.
• If we not be able to issue your ticket without mandatory additional information, we will contact you. If you refuse to provide the additional information, your booking will be canceled. The refund will be processed in accordance with the fare rules.
• You are responsible for complying with the rules of crossing the border, correct details of visa and other documents. The expiry date of your passport must comply with the requirements of the destination countries.
