FAQ

Tariff is set by the Carrier based on Passenger's date of birth, indicated while ticket booking. The Customer cannot edit or select the preset ticket tariff.

Please, note: Each Carrier uses its own tariff system, i.e. different age limits may apply to various discounts. Therefore, the same Passenger may be given different tariffs depending on the Carrier.

Some railway operators generate their own Check Coupons. Customers receive Check Coupons as they are issued by the Carrier. Carriage document type may differ depending on the Carrier.

Carriage document types

• A single document is issued for entire order. PDF document, sent to the Customer by email, has a single page, no matter how many Passengers are listed in the order.
• A separate document is issued for each Passenger. Therefore, PDF document, sent to the Customer by email, has as many pages as there are Passengers in the order.
• Each order has an individual Confirmation number. This number is either used for changing for a Boarding Coupon at a ticket terminal or allows boarding just like a valid ticket.

Please note: Coupons issued by the Carrier, will not have information in Ukrainian/Russian.

SJ-Compartment E-ticket and Reservation	Full ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure. No refund on the date of departure or later.
SJ-Resplus E-ticket and Reservation	Full ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure. No refund on the date of departure or later.
SJ-E-Passholder reservation	No refund.
SJ-Resplus E-ticket only	Full ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure.. No refund on the date of departure or later.

Elipsos E-Ticket and Reservation – Essential	70% of ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure. No refund on the date of departure or later.
Elipsos E-Ticket and Reservation – Flexi	Full ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure. No refund on the date of departure or later.
EuroStar
Eurostar E-Ticket – Non Flexible	No refund.
Eurostar E-Ticket – Semi Flexible	Full ticket cost is refundable no later than 1 day before departure. 60% of ticket cost is refundable on the date of departure or later.
Eurostar E-Ticket – Fully Flexible	Full ticket cost is refundable any time.
