If an insured event in which you require medical assistance occurs, call the assistance company. The phone number is specified in the insurance policy. Tell the following information to the operator:

• insurance policy number;
• full name of the insured;
• contact phone number;
• location (country, city, hotel, etc.);
• the start and the end date of your insurance policy;
• describe the problem and specify the required type of assistance.
