How you can receive ticket refund
To get ticket refund online, you need to:

- Select the needed order in “My Account” section.
- Press ”Cancel” button.*
- Within a few hours, an operator of Support Service will contact you and provide you with more detailed information on ticket refund and refund procedure for your ticket type.
- not to be exchanged at the box office — it is possible to cancel an order not later than 1-2 hours before bus departure. Accurate information is indicated in the voucher and depends on service provider. Approximate amount for ticket refund is calculated at the moment of order payment and is shown in an electronic ticket of the Buyer and in “My Account” section as well. Fines determined by the carrier, service charge of the provider, surcharge of payment systems, and commission of TTN BTM site will be withheld from the amount of ticket refund.

If “Cancel” button is active, your deadline is 3 hours before bus departure to get your ticket refund. If the voucher has been already exchanged for a ticket, you may return the ticket at the box office located in the station of bus departure. Fines determined by the carrier and depending on the period of ticket cancellation, service charge of the provider, surcharge of payment systems, and commission of TTN BTM site will be withheld from the amount of ticket refund.
