How you can get ticket refund if your trip has been cancelled
Trip cancellation happens very rarely, and most carriers inform passengers about that. In such cases, we contact the passenger immediately and inform him/her about trip cancellation and the procedure of ticket refund.
- If your ticket is not to be exchanged at the box office, the passenger will receive a full ticket refund.
- If your ticket is to be exchanged at the box office /when boarding a bus, the procedure of ticket refund is carried out by withholding service charge of the provider and commission of TTN BTM website.
