Depending on the chosen bus carrier, the design and type of an electronic ticket may differ. The voucher type is determined by the carrier automatically, and will be indicated after payment.

There are 3 types of bus vouchers:

1. Voucher to be exchanged for a ticket at the box office.
2. Voucher to be exchanged for a ticket at boarding.
3. Electronic ticket (does not require exchange).

The voucher will be sent to your e-mail and available in “My Account” section. In specific cases, the voucher type is displayed on the page of booking creation.

Please attentively familiarize yourself with the voucher and print it. If the voucher is to be exchanged, exchange it for a paper ticket.
