Changes in timetable without loss of connection
If the departure/arrival terminal or time has changed in your booking:
- we inform you about the changes (by telephone or email) and ask you to confirm that you are aware of the information,
- if the changes are insignificant (5–30 minutes), we inform you and get your confirmation by telephone,
- when you confirm the changes, we send the updated itinerary receipt to your email.
