How can I cancel the booking?
- Select the desired booking in "My Account."
- Click on "Cancellation Request."
- Accept the amount refundable.
- If you paid with a card of Visa/MasterCard payment system—the funds will arrive on the card with which the booking was paid within 3–5 business days.
- If you paid via Wire Transfer, the money will be returned to your company's account
Non-refundable are

- ticket issuer's fee,
- payment system markup.
