How can I cancel the booking?

  1. Select the desired booking in "My Account."
  2. Click on "Cancellation Request."
  3. Accept the amount refundable.
  4. If you paid with a card of Visa/MasterCard payment system—the funds will arrive on the card with which the booking was paid within 3–5 business days.
  5. If you paid via Wire Transfer, the money will be returned to your company's account
Please note that partial cancellation of booking is not possible. You may only cancel your booking in full.

  • Corporate.ttnbtm.com fee,
  • ticket issuer's fee,
  • payment system markup.
