How you can refund a train ticket

In order to refund an electronic ticket and a ticket with delayed printing:
  1. Log into “My Account”.
  2. Choose “Ticket Refund” option.
  3. Press “Calculate Refund Amount” button*.
  4. Confirm ticket cancellation.
In order to return a ticket at the railway box office, present an ID document of the passenger (passport, military identification card, driver’s license, student ID card, membership ID card) to the cashier. The cashier will tell you the refund amount for the returned ticket*.
*Refund amount of a train ticket is calculated with the provision of fines defined by Ukrzaliznytsia according to the Refund Rules of Ukrzaliznytsia.
