What you should do if there are no available seats
If you did not find available seats in the needed route, you may order a free notification service in case of tickets availability.
You may send a request for tickets search on the bottom of the page with travel options. If there are no trains, the system will automatically offer you to use the service.

- “Inform via Mail” — we will inform you when the seats are available by sending a message to your e-mail.
- “Book Seats” — when the seats are available for sale, the system will book the tickets, and we will inform you via SMS text message and e-mail. The payment of the order should be made within 25 minutes by electronic methods.
