What does the status of my booking mean?

You may follow the status of your booking in "My Account". Below is the list of statuses which may be given to your reservation.

Booked. Pending payment to the agency — Your booking has been successfully created. The payment is pending.

Pending issuance — your reservation has been successfully paid. The ticket will be issued within the period, indicated in the agreement between the parties.

Payment being confirmed — anti-fraud control has been initiated. Read about what may cause anti-fraud control of your card.

Paid and issued — the payment has been completed, the e-ticket issued and sent to your email address together with the itinerary receipt. We wish you a safe trip.

Canceled
— the ticket you booked has been canceled. Payment period (12 hours after booking) expired.

Canceled by operator — the ticket you booked has been canceled by operator.

Canceled by user
— you have canceled the booked ticket yourself.

Paid after cancellation — your booking has been canceled. The system spotted payment after expiry of payment period. We recommend that you contact our Support Team.

Being refunded
— your refund request has been received and is being processed. The estimated time of consideration of your request is 24 hours after its arrival. The term of refund depends on the payment method.

Refunded — your refund request has been processed, your booking canceled, and the funds returned to the Customer.

Payment unconfirmed — your payment hasn't been confirmed. Possible reasons are insufficient funds on your account, payment limitations, anti-fraud control failure, or technical issues. Detailed information is given in the message which was emailed to you.

Pending confirmation by manager — your payment is being checked.

Pending information for refund — we are expecting additional information from you, which is mandatory for return of your funds to your account.
