What is passenger's profile?
In order not to enter customer's full name and passport details, you may create a passenger's profile. To do that, please enter "My account"–"Passenger information," select "Add passenger" and enter the following information:
Passport details. You may save several documents (national ID and passport). Passenger's contacts (telephone, email, mobile phone, fax, emergency contacts). Travel priorities. Here you may specify in-flight meal priorities (vegetarian, seafood, etc.), as well as the desired seat on board (window seat, aisle seats). If the airline provides these services free of charge, the selected option will be booked together with the flight. Loyalty programs. If a passenger is a member of an airline loyalty program, you may specify his or her card numbers. The card details will be transferred to airline's booking system during reservation. Visa information.
Mandatory fields are marked with asterisk; the rest are optional.
Please note that passengers' profiles are available to all the users of your point of sale.
- Personal information
- first name (in Cyrillic and Latin, same as in the passport);
- last name (in Cyrillic and Latin, same as in the passport);
- sex;
- date of birth;
- citizenship;
- department;
- position.
