FAQ

You may pay for a booked ticket via

• Final user invoice (at any bank in Ukraine);
• Wire transfer;
• Visa/MasterCard.

1. If you are going on a private trip, you may pay for flight tickets via invoice at any bank branch in Ukraine:

• Select the payment method "Final user invoice."
• Press the button "Pay"; and the billing system will automatically generate an invoice.
• Print an invoice and pay it at any bank in Ukraine.

When you pay at a bank branch in Ukraine, a separate fee may be charged, which is established by that bank.
2. If you are going on a business trip, you may pay for flight tickets through wire transfer:

• Select the payment method "Wire transfer."
• Press the button "Pay." The ticket will be included in the bill for the legal person With which the Business Trip Arrangement Service Agreement is concluded.

3. Payment card of Visa and MasterCard systems
To pay for the booked tickets, you must enter in the corresponding fields:

• the card number – 16 digits on the front side of the card; enter the digits without spaces;
• CVV or CVV2 code – 3 digits on the reverse side of the card; if there are more than 3 digits, enter the last 3 ones; if there is no such code on the card, contact the issuing bank for the details;
• cardholder's name (in Latin letters).

General rules of payment

1. You may pay for the ticket only via the methods displayed on the booking page.
2. Corporate.ttnbtm.com is not liable for the delayed payment. Should the booking not be paid within the indicated period, it will be canceled.
3. The carriage rules and the fare price are effective from the moment of ticket issuance and may be changed by the airline company.
4. Airline companies have the right to change ticket price without prior notification of the passenger who has already booked his/her ticket online but has not paid for it yet.
5. The payment may be processed by the bank payment systems for several minutes. Don't pay for the same ticket several times in a row—wait for the payment system response, otherwise you may be charged twice.
6. Each booking includes a financial transaction or payment gateway fee*.

*The payment gateway fee (aka payment system markup or financial transaction fee) is charged by a third party company for the transfer of funds from the client to the merchant through the payment system. In other words, it is a fee to the payment system for its services. Normally, the fee doesn't exceed 4% of transaction amount.
